We are seeking a Data Loss Prevention Analyst to assist in building out our Data Loss Program.
The Data Loss Prevention Analyst will be responsible for establishing connections to data sources for Purview to perform Data Classification scans.
Responsibilities
Configure and manage Purview Data Map and Purview Unified Catalog.
Create Self Hosted Integration Runtimes (SHIRs) to connect to VNets
Manage credentials for databases in Purview Key Vault
Register data sources (databricks, sql servers, etc.) in Purview data map
Manage scan rulesets for various data types
Work with firewall team to create rules that allow Purview to connect to data sources behind firewalls
Work with requesters to get the Vnet that the data source resides in
Work with DnA Service Delivery team for successful creation of SHIRs
Manage nodes in Azure for SHIRs
Analyze scanned data sources to appropriately classify data
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of Cyber Security experience
Strong knowledge with Microsoft Purview Governance suite of tools
Strong understanding of data protection principles and practices
Familiarity with network security, encryption, and data classification
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Willingness to participate to respond to incidents outside of regular business hours if necessary.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$71,100.00 - $133,300.00
