Role Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of end-to-end testing strategies defining objectives scope and priorities while ensuring software meets the highest standards of functionality usability and reliability
Champion an automation-first mindset by designing scalable automated test frameworks that power Behaviour Focus Development and accelerate delivery across API UI and backend services
Take ownership of automation strategy assessing where automation delivers maximum value and cost efficiency while balancing manual testing for accessibility and complex edge cases
Drive innovation by integrating automation into agile ceremonies and sprint planning ensuring quality is embedded from concept to deployment and enabling faster feedback loops
Collaborate closely with developer product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements clarify acceptance criteria and communicate results becoming the trusted voice for quality assurance
Share expertise by mentoring junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement while helping shape a high-performing agile squad embracing cloud services and digital transformation
