Marketing Data & Insight Analyst – CLAY AI - Turn Numbers Into Strategy

The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who loves uncovering patterns and turning marketing insights into action. You'll be at the heart of our client’s marketing intelligence—shaping who they target, how they engage them, and what success looks like across our their B2B product suite.
What You'll Do
Own Audience Intelligence:
Manage the Clay AI platform to build high-value B2B audience segments. Use Data Build Playbook to create target lists that marketing and sales teams actually want to work with.
Deliver Weekly Insights:
Analyse data by industry, seniority, geography, and engagement. Identify trends, gaps in market coverage, and opportunities to optimise future campaigns. Create dashboards that tell compelling stories and drive real decisions.
Shape Strategy:
Work with Senior marketers to translate data into recommendations. Your insights won't just report what happened—they'll influence what happens next.
What You Bring
Proven experience in data analysis in B2B marketing
Experience working with fast-paced marketing teams
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience with CLAY AI tool is a plus
Understanding of audience segmentation, marketing funnels, and KPIs
Excellent communication—you can explain complex data to anyone
Meticulous approach to data hygiene and governance
Experience with AI-powered data tools like CLAY AI
