Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Account Executive to manage and expand our largest enterprise relationship: Apple. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the account strengthening existing partnerships, leading ongoing initiatives, and serving as the primary point of contact across Apple’s decentralized organization. You will also drive new business development by identifying additional stakeholders, uncovering new opportunities, and securing expanded scopes of work. This position requires strong account planning, relationship-building, and the ability to navigate a complex environment.

Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within existing enterprise account
Oversee all SOW and PO-related contract activities
Serve as one of the primary points of contact for all initiatives and communications across the Apple account
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including project kickoffs and post-sales follow-up
Introduce and position our capabilities to directors, managers, and other stakeholders across Apple’s organization
Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure high-quality delivery, rapid response times, and consistent execution across all roles and projects for Apple.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions

Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in Staffing/Recruitment Sales, as Account Executive or Business Development role within large enterprise accounts
Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts, specifically with Apple (preferred)
Experience selling in the technology staffing, RPO, or managed services space is required
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex client relationships with excellent active listening and negotiation skills
High integrity, accountability, and a competitive drive to succeed
