About The Role

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join Quad Lock in a role aimed at bringing our team closer to our European customers and driving stronger relationships and results. This position will represent Quad Lock across West & South Europe, fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring exceptional service to our key accounts. We’re looking for a professional with proven sales expertise and account management experience who aligns with our values and culture, acting as a true ambassador for the Quad Lock brand.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe, this role is fully remote and based in Europe, from one of the countries outlined in the job posting. To be considered, you’ll need to hold the legal right to work there.

What You'll Do

Manage and cultivate relationships with Quad Lock’s European Key Account Customers, including distributors and major retailers, with regional accountability for West & South Europe: BENEFR (France & Benelux), DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland), IBERIA (Spain, Portugal & Andorra) & Italy
Consistently deliver profitable sales results aligned with Quad Lock's overarching business objectives
Optimise individual account performance while ensuring alignment with Quad Lock’s omnichannel go-to-market strategies
Develop and implement strategic account plans collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to drive mutual growth
Secure core product ranging and introduce new product assortments in partnership with Product and Marketing departments
Provide data-driven sales feedback to key decision-makers within accounts, supporting informed decisions that enhance sell-through performance
Oversee inventory forecasting activities with all key accounts, collaborating closely with internal demand planners to ensure precise demand planning outcomes
Deliver comprehensive revenue and profit projections for key accounts to Sales leadership
Drive both in-store and digital branding and promotional initiatives, providing ROI analysis to measure effectiveness and impact
Conduct product training and educational activities for accounts and their customers
Provide consumer and sales feedback to the Product team to support ongoing product analysis and reporting
Lead key account meetings and prepare detailed reporting materials to support forward-looking business strategies
Represent Quad Lock at European trade and industry events, promoting products and engaging with current and prospective customers

What You'll Bring

Sales Expertise: Proven experience in high-impact sales or account management roles, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving growth
Key Account Mastery: Demonstrated success in managing key accounts, building lasting partnerships, and delivering measurable business results
Language Skills: English & French (Business Level) are required. German proficiency is also preferred
Industry Insight: Experience within the Motorcycle industry is required (Cycling, Outdoor, Action Sports or Automotive industries, all preferred), with an understanding of their unique market dynamics
Relationship Champion: Exceptional ability to build, manage, and inspire cross-functional relationships, driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, using data to guide decision-making
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into action
Proactive and Collaborative: High levels of initiative and ready to contribute to team success
Remote Work Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment while staying connected and engaged with a global team
Flexibility: Flexibility to adjust standard business hours and travel frequently to drive success in the European market.
