Role Description

Technical Innovation:

· Design and build complex packaging prototypes using advanced model making techniques

· Integrate electronic components into packaging solutions (sensors, lights, interactive elements)

· Develop mechanical moving parts and innovative opening mechanisms

· Create functional prototypes that demonstrate real-world performance

Problem Solving Excellence:

· Tackle complex engineering challenges that require creative solutions

· Reverse-engineer existing products to understand and improve functionality

· Troubleshoot technical issues using systematic analytical approaches

· Collaborate with clients to solve packaging challenges they didn't know they had

Prototype Leadership:

· Manage multiple prototype projects from concept to completion

· Mentor junior team members in technical best practices

· Drive continuous improvement in prototyping processes and capabilities
