$150.00/hr - $150.00/hrDuration: 12 months contractJob Description:We take the most impactful design opportunities and make them a reality through UX guidance and platform code. We make products more efficient at building beautifully designed products for everyone.The Design Intelligence team collaborates with other teams understanding of UI and UX design (reasoning, generation, critiquing, manipulation.) We are a "tri-coastal" team with core members on the US west coast, NYC, and Germany.Responsibilities:Development of datasets for AI training and evaluationEval development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team)Data analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructureProduction of datasets for application to post-training of LLMsExperience:Code comprehension Ability to extract relevant information from reading code in one or more core languages and frameworks, including the ability to leverage the code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders.Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Experience creating prototypes or custom tooling for the product development process.Skills:AIFrontend languageEducation:High School or equivalent practical experienceAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
