Join a rapidly growing technology company providing innovative, market-leading fleet solutions. We're looking for ambitious Sales professionals to nurture existing clients, drive revenue growth (MRR), and play a key role in a target-driven environment.

About You:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
Target-driven with a track record of exceeding goals.
Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
Organised, resilient and confident managing a busy pipeline.
Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce is a bonus).
Permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK + commutable to Leeds.

The Role

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across a comprehensive suite of software solutions. Expect variety, autonomy, and the ability to make a real impact on revenue and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong client relationships and understand each customer's challenges and goals.
Increase MRR through upselling and cross-selling.
Develop strategic account plans to maximise growth.
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.
Meet daily KPIs and sales targets.
Share market insight and customer feedback with the wider team.
