Position Overview
Our client, located in the Chicago, IL area is growing and they are teaming up with us to find a Cloud Data Warehousing Director. The right candidate will have the ability to adapt to changing technology and apply it to the needs of this company. Great communication and personal skills are a must. This person will be responsible for the overall technical solution delivery. Responsibilities
Responsible for Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) cross functional coordination
Establish and maintain controls for technical solution delivery
Work closely with others to define overall solution scope
Work closely with EIT functional teams to estimate requested scope and identify team resource
Works with business and EPMO areas to address any gaps in scope verses capacity
Identify and document technical delivery
Reviews estimates and verifies cross-team consistency
Documents and manage technical solutions delivery
Provide status updates on technical solution delivery initiatives
Adherence to all technical solutions methodology processes and practices Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of developing and integrating technical solutions
Experience with Data warehousing, data analyst, Data Marts, and BI Code Development tools
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP
Experience with ETL code-development tools, IBM InfoSphere/DataStage, Ab-Initio, Informatica; database technologies including, DB2, Oracle, Vertica
Multiple development methodologies, including RUP and Agile
