Job Specifications

Role: LLearning & Development Specialist (Adobe Captivate, Interactive Modules, and Articulate Storyline)

Work Location - Preferred Location Southlake, TX and Secondary Location - Austin, TX

Hybrid - Mondays - Thursday on site and Remote on Fridays

Duration: 12 Months with Possible extension.

Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management

Requirements:

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects

· Confidence dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

· High Proficiency with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

· Proven experience (5+ years) in Learning & Development with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management

· At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalization, and learner engagement.

· Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record of developing interactive modules.

· Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management

· Demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment, ensuring training solutions are tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives.

· Strong background in program or project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.

· Consultative experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge transfer, manage cross-functional teams, and support organizational learning strategies.

· Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation in training delivery and assessment.
