Why this role matters
We’re scaling rapidly and need a leader to own the systems, analytics, and AI capabilities that power our go-to-market engine. This role oversees GTM Ops, GTM Analytics, RevTech (CRM team), and AI Ops. You’ll be responsible for the foundation that drives revenue growth. Ensuring our Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams have the data, tools, and insights they need to perform at the highest level.
This isn’t just an operations role. You’ll lead the architecture of how we measure, automate, and scale our business. You’ll guide how we deploy AI to drive efficiency and advantage across our go-to-market teams. And you’ll shape how we invest in technology, people, and processes to move from $85M to $300M+ in revenue over the next 4 years.

What You’ll Do
Lead GTM Ops, GTM Analytics, RevTech, and AI Ops, scaling each function as the company grows
Own the strategy and execution of all GTM systems, tools, and analytics
Build and manage the company’s revenue data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and clarity in forecasting, reporting, and insights
Drive adoption of AI and automation to increase speed, accuracy, and impact across the GTM org
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to design systems that enable growth and accountability
Ensure data integrity, process discipline, and seamless tech integrations across the GTM stack
Build and mentor high-performing teams across operations, analytics, and AI
Communicate clearly with the CEO, CRO, and leadership team, turning complex data into actionable decisions
Help shape a culture of ownership, accountability, and high standards
Job Requirements & Background
Leadership in GTM Systems & Ops: 10+ years in Revenue/GTM Operations, GTM Systems, or Analytics, with at least 5 years leading multi-functional teams (Ops, Analytics, CRM/RevTech, AI/Automation)
Technical Depth: Strong background in data architecture, analytics, and revenue systems. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), marketing automation, and customer success platforms
AI & Automation: Proven track record of applying AI/ML, automation, or predictive analytics in GTM environments—such as forecasting, lead scoring, or pipeline optimization
Scaling Experience: Experience building and scaling GTM systems and processes in high-growth B2B SaaS environments (ideally $50M–$300M+ ARR stage)
Cross-Functional Partnership: Skilled at partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive alignment and efficiency
Strategic + Hands-On: Able to operate at both strategic (designing GTM systems at scale) and tactical (digging into data and workflows) levels
Data-Driven Operator: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions
Team Builder: Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing GTM Ops, Analytics, or Engineering teams
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field required. MBA or advanced technical degree a plus
