Experience:
11+ Years Location: [US Denver/ US Time zone] Senior QA Lead to drive quality initiatives across projects, lead a team of QA engineers, and ensure robust test strategies.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, API testing, and test management, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferably in Denver and US time zone Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and process improvements. Oversee functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Drive automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and API testing frameworks.
Manage test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) for planning and reporting.
Required Skills :
Strong experience in automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
Expertise in API testing (Postman, REST Assured). Proficiency in test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
Programming knowledge: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse communities across the organization.
Good to Have Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with API testing and compliance standards.
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
