Account Executive, Mid-Market - MarTech / Ad Agency Sales Expertise (Toronto/Ontario)

Olympia is urgently recruiting on behalf of one of our top-tier clients: a leading technology provider in the MarTech SaaS space that is driving digital transformation for major global brands.

We are looking for an AE with sheer grit and determination to own the full sales cycle in a high-impact segment—the Mid-Market. The core challenge is closing complex, high-value deals, with Annual Contract Values (ACV) in righ range. This is a hunter role requiring deep knowledge of the Canadian digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from advanced qualification through contract closing.
Conduct product demonstrations and develop persuasive value propositions that resonate with C-Level executives.
Strategize and execute sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets (Quota).
Collaborate closely with the SDR team to optimize lead transitions and ensure the ideal qualification of all prospects.
Maintain a high level of expertise in the MarTech market and advertising industry trends.

Requirements

Mandatory Sales Experience: Proven track record in a closing sales role (hunter mentality required).
Niche Expertise (A Must-Have): Demonstrated success selling MarTech SaaS Platforms OR extensive experience selling to Advertising Agencies (with the ability to discuss how the solutions sold utilized a SaaS technology platform).
Market Focus: Experience with complex, high-value sales in the Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
Location: Ideally based in Toronto, ON, or the Greater Ontario Area (East Coast Canada focus).
