Lead Change for a Major Cloud Migration Programme
Boost Talent are partnering with a leading consultancy on a high-profile transformation project for a UK healthcare organisation. The mission: move from on-prem scientific computing to a modern cloud-based research platform, reshaping how thousands of researchers access and analyse data.
We need a hands-on Change Manager to drive adoption, communication, and stakeholder alignment-ensuring this transition succeeds not just technically, but culturally.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver a clear change and adoption strategy
Own communications: FAQs, guides, email campaigns, internal updates
Build readiness plans and guide user adoption
Engage with research communities to address concerns and training needs
Coordinate across teams to unblock issues and keep momentum high
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in change management for technical transformations in Healthcare
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, complex environments
Bonus: experience in research infrastructure or cloud migrations
We are only considering applicants who live in the UK for this role, with previous experience of working on high-profile transformations within the public sector, specifically healthcare.
