Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Knutsford | Full-time | 12-month contract

If you’re an Executive Assistant who loves being at the centre of action, thrives on complexity, and enjoys partnering closely with a CEO to drive results, then this could be the perfect next step.

We’re supporting a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed organisation that is undergoing significant growth and transformation. With an ambitious roadmap ahead, the executive leadership team is looking for a highly skilled EA to enable operational excellence and keep everything running smoothly at the top.

The role

You will be the trusted right hand to the CEO, the person who keeps the engine moving and the priorities sharp. Your world will include:

Managing a high-volume and ever-changing diary and inbox
Acting as first point of contact for senior internal & external stakeholders
Preparing executive documentation, board materials & leadership presentations
Supporting Board & ExCo meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
Coordinating leadership events, conferences and company-wide meetings
Managing domestic and international travel logistics
Enhancing executive processes and supporting organisational efficiency

Who we’re looking for

Someone who:

Has proven C-suite EA experience, ideally in a fast-growth environment
Is proactive, solutions-focused and always one step ahead
Communicates confidently and builds trust at every level
Has exceptional attention to detail and thrives in change & pace
Is highly discreet, organised and commercially sharp
Is strong in Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools
