We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive & Operations Assistant to support our CEO, Chairman, and wider Operations team. If you love keeping leaders focused, projects moving, and operations tight, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

Manage busy executive + personal diaries
Coordinate meetings, travel, agendas, and minutes
Maintain project trackers and internal comms
Support operational workflows across finance, vendors, and systems
Handle light financial admin — cash flow, bills, expenses, schedules

What You Bring

Strong organisation + time management
Experience supporting senior leaders
Clear communication and high discretion
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Basic financial admin skills (no qualification required)
