Digital Marketing Specialist – Creator Collective & Affiliate (Maternity Cover) January 2026 – September 2026
Overview
A global marketplace is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support its creator and affiliate programs. This role focuses on recruiting and onboarding creators and affiliates, driving engagement and performance, and supporting cross-channel marketing initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in sourcing creators for Paid Social content and maintaining a strong pipeline of high-performing user-generated content.
This role requires 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and paid social, along with a strong understanding of attribution and program performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Creator Program (Direct)
Work with internal partners to identify insights that can be shared with creators
Test and validate performance of regional strategies ahead of global expansion
Align with Paid Social teams on content and creator strategy for international markets
Collaborate with agency partners to identify high-quality creator leads and test recruitment approaches
Use learnings from prior campaigns to scale creator recruitment globally
Join cross-functional meetings to stay connected to end-to-end marketing initiatives
Support multi-channel campaign alignment across in-house creator programs, external networks, and paid advertising
Partner with international teams to address market-specific needs
Manage high-touch creator outreach and recruitment
Creator Program (Indirect)
Identify and evaluate opportunities with external creator networks
Manage communications with creators across inboxes and internal channels
Track gift card redemptions, purchases, and overall fulfillment
Support incentive programs, placements, coupon code distribution, and promotional activities
Submit collateral requests to creative teams when needed
Maintain strong relationships with third-party creator networks
Affiliate Program
Source creator and partner content for use in Paid Social campaigns
Assist with contests, giveaways, and seasonal incentive programs
Analytics + Legal
Coordinate with analytics and legal partners to prioritize needs, align on requirements, and maintain compliance
Email Marketing (Braze)
Lead monthly syncs with cross-functional partners to align on email calendar and content
Support audience and campaign setup within Braze
Review email previews and ensure accuracy before deployment
Paid Social Support
Source and cast creators for TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta ad campaigns
Vet creators based on performance data, trends, and platform insights
Stay up-to-date with social trends, cultural moments, and viral content opportunities
Manage creator relationships from outreach to contracting and creative briefing
Align with Paid Social leads on content calendars and quarterly needs
Build creator relationships in international markets for upcoming expansion
Coordinate paid creator opportunities through internal tools
Support content sourcing and creator management to maintain a consistent pipeline for paid media
