eNGINE is hiring a Software Engineer who’s excited to build modern, scalable products in a fast-moving environment. If you’re passionate about clean architecture, automation-first development, and creating impactful technology in the healthcare space, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate within a small, cross-functional team to influence product design and system architecture
Build software for a next-generation healthcare technology platform using a cloud-based microservices model
Lead development projects and mentor other engineers
Create scalable, automation-focused solutions that support rapid growth
Write reliable, well-tested code
Follow secure coding best practices for sensitive healthcare data
Develop clean, intuitive front-end interfaces using modern React

Tech Stack:

Python / Flask
React
SQL
Cloud + containerization environment
Microservices architecture

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
4+ years of experience building software in a modern development environment
Experience working in cloud environments with container strategies
Proficiency in either: Python + SQL or React
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with microservices is required

Bonus Points:

Healthcare technology experience
Experience with both Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Background scaling applications in production
