Job Specifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our growing SaaS company in New Jersey. You will play a key role in supporting the sales organization, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational excellence to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and optimize sales processes, workflows, and CRM systems to support the sales team.
Generate, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline data.
Partner with sales leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Support sales enablement, including onboarding, training, and documentation for the team.
Assist with territory planning, quota management, and incentive program administration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or SaaS sales support.
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales analytics tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Based in New Jersey or willing to commute.
