Role Summary

We are seeking an LPC-Associate or LMFT-Associate (recent graduate or newly licensed) or an LMSW with at least 1 year experience providing therapy in private practice, agency, or higher level of care setting. We're specifically looking for someone who is passionate about working with OCD and anxiety disorders.

Start part-time (building up to 12 clients/week)
Grow into full-time (up to 23 clients/week) over time
Hybrid role: in-person sessions at our Plano office + telehealth across Texas
Must secure own supervisor (ideally with OCD/anxiety expertise, but not a requirement)

Responsibilities

Provide therapy for children, teens, and adults with OCD and anxiety disorders
Learn to work with ARFID
Learn and apply evidence-based treatments such as:
Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills
Maintain timely clinical documentation
Provide psychoeducation and possibly workshops/groups (presentation skills encouraged)
Participate in light marketing efforts (e.g., networking, presentations)

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work
Active LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW license in Texas (or pending)
Experience working with OCD, anxiety, ARFID or related disorders during graduate internship(s) or previous work places
Passion for developing expertise in OCD & Anxiety treatment across the lifespan (children, teens, adults)
Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills
Spanish speaking clinician strongly preferred
Ability to commute to our Plano office
