numi are partnering with a climate tech company creating the product and data infrastructure that will define how organisations worldwide discover verify procure and manage high integrity carbon removal and nature positive projects.

This is not abstract climate work. It is hands on product engineering that becomes part of the real world systems the world will rely on for decades.

A Product Mission With Global Reach

In this role you build the technology that sits at the centre of:

• Rich climate and market data

• Scientific verification

• Risk evaluation and due diligence

• Enterprise procurement workflows

• Long horizon climate decision making

Your work becomes a core part of how companies make multi billion dollar climate aligned decisions.

What You Will Build and Lead

This is a hands on product and engineering leadership role. You will ship core systems while shaping the team that builds them.

You will lead and contribute directly to:

A high integrity climate data platform

You will architect and develop multi source data pipelines registry integrations verification and intelligence services supply and market data layers and portfolio management capabilities. These systems need to be accurate performant and reliable for many years.

A decision and procurement product used by global teams

You will engineer the experience that climate sustainability and finance teams use to explore supply understand risk procure at scale manage long term climate portfolios and report with clarity. This is a product environment that combines workflow design deep data and marketplace thinking.

A focused high performing engineering team

You will build and mentor a team that ships fast with quality. You will set standards guide architectural decisions improve delivery habits create good documentation habits and instil a culture of clear ownership. You will hire and develop engineers who care about product outcomes not just technical outputs.

You have designed or scaled data platforms workflow tools or systems with high integrity requirements. You write and review code with care. You think clearly you ship reliably and others trust your leadership.

You do not need to come from the climate world. Curiosity and depth of learning matter more.

What You Will Deliver in Your First Year

Within one year you will have built a capable engineering team strengthened the product architecture shipped features that matter to global customers increased platform reliability and user trust partnered closely with product and data teams and established a strong engineering culture.
