What You’ll Do

Coordinate Projects: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key initiatives for marketing, events, and operations.

Track KPIs: Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables using tools like Trello/Asana.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and document progress.

Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies.

Agile Practices: Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and resource allocation.

Shine: Deliver a final presentation showcasing a project case study (top performers win cash rewards + social media features!).

We’re Looking For:

Recent Master Level graduates in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Passion for organizational efficiency, problem-solving, and process optimization.
Strong communicators with attention to detail and basic knowledge of PM software/tools.
Bonus skills: Agile/Scrum certifications, data analysis, or familiarity with MS Project/Jira.
