Our Mission

Synthax is a VC-backed, early-stage AI HealthTech startup co-founded by our CTO (Mark) and our CEO (Dr Shaheer). We are building an AI platform to replace the patchwork of outdated healthcare systems with one unified, automated solution for clinics. We want to eradicate healthcare inefficiencies with AI at scale.

Our Vision

We’re building a “clinic-in-a-box” where a single clinician can operate with the capabilities of an entire team. Patient history, clinical documentation, and billing are unified and automated so clinicians can focus purely on care while running a financially healthy practice.

The problem we solve

Healthcare runs on decades-old software that slows clinics down. Clinicians spend hours wrestling with admin instead of treating patients. We’re changing that. We're automating the entire clinical pathway. Most solutions focus only on generating documentation. We unify a patient’s complete history of care, driving better billing and improving patient outcomes.

We’re looking for:

Cracked engineer (grit > specific frameworks)
Full-stack fluent, or hungry to get there fast
Bias to action - move fast, own problems, ship often
Deep curiosity & problem-first thinking
Product mindset: understand why before building what
Based in London (we have a flex-hybrid office model - 2 /3 days in Aldgate East)

Interview Process / Candidate Experience

3 stages in total: Video Screening with our Talent Partner (30 mins) → Technical Pairing and Culture Call with our Co-Founder & CTO (75-90 mins) → F2F at our office in Aldgate East, meeting both Founders (60 mins)
