*Please note this will require someone to be in the office 3 days per week in Worcestershire

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements related to data protection and privacy.
Map end-to-end data flows, identifying personal data touchpoints and potential GDPR gaps.
Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Risk Assessments.
Collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders to interpret GDPR requirements into actionable processes.
Define and maintain policies, procedures, and controls aligned with GDPR.
Track remediation activities and ensure adherence to compliance milestones.
Contribute to training, awareness materials, and audit preparation as needed.

Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of GDPR principles (lawful basis, consent, data subject rights, retention, security).
Experience in business analysis, process mapping (e.g., BPMN), and requirements documentation.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical and operational changes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with privacy tools (e.g., OneTrust) is a plus.
