About the role

At Hush, we’re on a mission to deliver bold, creative campaigns that inspire and connect. We’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Manager to be the backbone of our marketing and creative processes, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, every asset lands on time, and every stakeholder stays aligned.

What you’ll do

Design and optimise workflows: Build clear processes, critical paths, and approvals across marketing and creative.
Guarantee delivery: Ensure all assets reach internal and external partners on time and in the right format.
Traffic briefs: Scope, size, and progress briefs aligned to budgets, resources, and timelines.
Lead cross-functional kick-offs: Drive collaboration and clarity from the start.
Own weekly reviews: Manage agendas, cascade actions, and keep projects moving.
Align channels: Partner with Content and Marketing leads to sync with the business calendar.
Manage campaigns: Work closely with Brand and Content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Support resourcing: Oversee freelance and contract requirements when needed.

What you’ll bring

Marketing, creative, or retail experience preferred.
Proactive problem-solver: Anticipates challenges before they escalate.
Independent and self-motivated: Confident decision-maker, thrives autonomously.
Driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Resourceful strategist: Finds smart solutions with available tools and time.
Understanding of digital and print design processes.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
