We’re hiring: Sales & Operational Director - EMEA
Chippenham, Wiltshire (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
We are looking for an exceptional Sales & Operational Director - EMEA to join our EMEA Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Head of EMEA. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial future of the region, build new capabilities and design an operating model that enables scalable, insight-led growth across multiple markets.
This Sales & Operational Director - EMEA is pivotal in expanding our reach and enhancing our brands, across Europe by leading the UK commercial agenda and oversee key regional functions (France and Germany) including Strategic Revenue Management, Trade Marketing and Commercial Data & Insights. You will set the vision, create the structure and lead a highly skilled team of subject matter experts, while enabling consistency, high performance and best-in-class execution across EMEA.

What you’ll be responsible for as our Sales & Operational Director - EMEA
Commercial leadership
Shape and own the commercial vision and operating model across EMEA, aligning with global strategy
Lead the UK Commercial Head, with full accountability for P&L performance
Partner closely with teams in France and Germany to develop one unified regional commercial plan
Building the future-fit organisation
Design and implement a scalable structure across Strategic Revenue Management, Trade Marketing and Commercial Data & Insights
Establish a Predictive Insights function to drive a culture of data-led decision making
Develop a strategic revenue management approach, focused on efficiencies, hero SKUs and supply/demand alignment
Embed a consumer-first trade marketing model for retailers and distributor partners
Define clear governance, roles and interfaces across country commercial teams
Strategic influence & leadership
Build a systems-based, integrated operating model
Ensure alignment, shared standards and execution excellence across markets
Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for local commercial teams
Partner with senior stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Global Commercial
Champion a mindset of profitable, sustainable growth

You will bring:
Extensive senior-level commercial experience with a strong track record of delivery
Experience leading teams across geographies (both locally and remotely)
Strong expertise in managing distributor relationships
A proven ability to build, scale and transform commercial functions
Experience operating within a European / EMEA context
A visionary, collaborative and resilient leadership style
Confidence in creating new capabilities and leading through change
