Job Specifications

We are looking for a talented Senior Java Developer to join our expanding team working on cutting-edge technologies.

Location : USA

Contract : C2C / FTE

Rate :

C2C-50-60 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive UI components using Java and modern web technologies

• Design and implement frontend features for capital markets trading, settlement, and analytics platforms

• Collaborate with backend Java developers and product teams on seamless UI-backend integration

• Build and optimize web interfaces for real-time data visualization and trading dashboards

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for financial applications

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following OOPS principles

• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality frontend deliverables

• Participate in code reviews and agile development practices

Core Technical Skills (Required) :

• Java / Core Java / J2EE

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• Frontend Frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

• Java Web Frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, or Vaadin

• RESTful APIs and Web Services Integration

• DOM manipulation and AJAX

• Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab

• SQL and RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)

Domain-Specific Skills (Preferred) :

• Capital Markets experience: Trading, Settlement, Risk Management, P&L systems

• BFSI sector knowledge and compliance understanding

• Real-time data handling and high-frequency trading platforms

• Understanding of financial products: Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX

• Payment & settlement systems experience

Tools & Technologies :

• Build Tools: Maven, Gradle

• Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Selenium, Jasmine

• IDEs: IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, VS Code

• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL

• Message Queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ (preferred)

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions (preferred)

Experience Requirements :

• 5–8 years of professional experience as Java Frontend Developer

• 3+ years in BFSI / Capital Markets domain (mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with Java and frontend technologies

• Strong portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating frontend expertise

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Soft Skills

• Strong communication and documentation abilities

• Team player with collaborative mindset

• Self-motivated and proactive in learning new technologies

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
