Job Specifications

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the financial industry, is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer III to design, build, and support scalable, secure cloud-native solutions in Azure. This role focuses heavily on Kubernetes (AKS), microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.

What You’ll Do

Design and maintain cloud-based applications using Azure services (AKS, App Service, Function Apps).
Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters with strong emphasis on scalability, security, and high availability.
Build and optimize microservices for performance and reliability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud-native solutions with existing systems.
Own CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Azure DevOps.
Configure, troubleshoot, and improve cloud networking components.

What You Bring

7–10 years in IT environments.
5–7 years cloud development/support experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
2–3 years in consumer banking (preferred).
Deep expertise in Kubernetes and AKS.
Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, microservices design, and networking fundamentals.
