Job SummaryThe Scrum Master will support Agile delivery for SAP S/4HANA within a hybrid scaled Agile environment at a leading utility company. This role plays a critical part in a multi-year digital transformation initiative, modernizing core ERP systems, including finance, supply chain, asset management, HR, and Enterprise Health & Safety. The Scrum Master will guide 1-2 Agile teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between Agile delivery and traditional governance structures.Three openings are available:

Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation
Serve as a servant leader for 1-2 cross-functional Agile teams (SAP functional, technical, and business).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and empirical delivery.
Hybrid Agile Governance
Navigate delivery across Agile teams and traditional PMO structures (stage gates, RAID logs, deliverables).
Support integration with waterfall-driven workstreams (data migration, testing, cutover).
Align teams to program increments and release plans.
Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SI partners, and SAP consultants.
Facilitate backlog refinement, story sizing, and SAP-specific enhancement planning.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies, blockers, and risks across SAP streams and legacy systems.
Agile Scaling Support
Participate in program-level Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos).
Partner with RTEs, Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters to synchronize deliveries.
Contribute to Agile metrics and reporting (velocity, burndown, team health).
Tools & Technology
Use Jira (or similar) to manage backlog and track progress.
Apply SAP Activate methodology in concert with Agile planning practices.
Coordinate with SAP functional (FI/CO, MM, PM, SD) and technical teams (Basis, ABAP, PI/PO).
Required Experience
5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or major ERP platforms (ECC, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
Familiarity with SAP Activate and traditional SAP project phases.
Experience working in scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Jira, plus tools such as Confluence or MS Project.
