The job is to support our government cloud customers. This will be part of our Copilot/Foundation product.
Essential Functions
Supporting the company-defined AWS cloud strategy.
Enjoying solving problems, working with customers, and have technical backgrounds from a variety of different fields
Collaborating and working very closely with Site Reliability Engineering and Security teams.
Providing general guidance on questions from internal customers to troubleshooting and reproducing complex performance issues
Understanding of infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting release and configuration management
Actively participating in change and incident management processes and coordinating several stakeholders.
Ensuring day-to-day excellent support to internal engineering and services teams.
Analyzing and solving operational problems across functional components
Making sure about continuous Thales AWS cloud improvements.
Continuous automation to ease day to day.
Ensure the security, availability and reliability of the services implemented in the cloud.
Support and troubleshoot overall cloud installations and upgrades
Respond to general Cloud Ops requests
Ensure security software is kept up to date
Ensure cloud platform security, availability, speed and reliability
Analyze the requirements and support organizations in their transition to cloud systems
Minimum Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
3 to 5+ years of experience in managing and handling Cloud (AWS)
To succeed at this job, you must have a strong customer focus and prior experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or DevOps Engineer. Should have developer skills.
You must have past experiences on Linux/Windows based OS, experience in monitoring/logging like Datadog and Pagerduty.
We would like someone to join our team who will have a strong customer focus and who is comfortable in an ambiguous, ever-changings environment.
Have experience with incident and change management process.
We are looking for someone with excellent network analysis fundamentals, robust troubleshooting skills with large-scale customer support systems and processes.
Should have hands-on experience in Python, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Gitlab etc
Education:
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s
Preferred Qualifications
Skills and Abilities:
3 to 5+ years of experience in managing and handling Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Certification – In cloud
Have good development skills to automate day to day activities.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 107,637.08 - 179,395.13 USD Annual
