Change Project Manager - Change, Solution Design, Knowledge Transfer
Contract - 3 months
London - Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite
£600-£700 per day (inside IR35)
We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver change management, solution design, and general project management expertise, and take responsibility for the delivery of projects across a broader change programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead one or more projects within the programme. On each project, you will need to lead a small team of part time subject matter experts from various teams, through the design, build, and implementation of people, process, and IT change.
Undertake typical project management tasks e.g. Planning, RAID log management, regular and frequent status reporting.
“Hands on” approach, with a real focus on the personal delivery of deliverables, documents and driving the project forward
Apply solutions design and project management best practice, tools, and techniques to your projects.
Ensure that organisation, process, data, and technology solutions align with broader organisation objectives and regulatory requirements.
Ensure knowledge transfer and upskilling of colleagues in solution design, project management, and change management.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to apply project management skillset to managing projects within the change programme.
Proven ability to apply “hands on” solution design best practice, tools, and techniques to support the successful change of an organisation.
Experience of sharing best practice, building internal capability, and promoting continuous improvement.
Experience of ensuring that organisation, process, data, and technology solutions align with wider organisation objectives and regulatory requirements.
Experience of knowledge transfer and upskilling of colleagues, specifically in solution design, project management, and change management.
Proven ability to lead and implement organisation change in a complex environment, working with senior stakeholders.
