Future CEO Track for the Official FONTESIN UK Franchise

Join FONTESIN – the global B2B communication platform with a mission to remove language, geographic, and institutional barriers from business worldwide.

We’re entering the UK market and opening only five Regional Coordinator roles for the entire country. This isn’t an employment offer—it’s a truly strategic entrepreneurial opportunity for leaders who value ownership and autonomy.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the UK launch of FONTESIN and prepare for a GBP 2M fundraising round
Form high-level partnerships with chambers of commerce, industry associations, and business networks
Develop local business communities, securing early supporters for UK expansion
Support the launch of the FONTESIN UK Franchise (GBP 300K license)
Transition into the CEO role of the UK Franchise after successful performance

Compensation – Founder’s Style:

No fixed salary in early phases; the role is performance-driven
Commission-based income from partnerships and acquisitions
Equity options (5–10%): Standard vesting with a 1-year cliff
Success fee (10%) for capital raised in the first UK round
Paid CEO phase after franchise launch: GBP 5–10K/month (performance-linked) + continued equity

VIP Advisory Committee – New York:

Top Coordinators may join FONTESIN’s global advisory body, gaining international exposure and platform leadership.
