About Dalton

We're building the AI that makes websites self-improving. Our algorithms run thousands of experiments simultaneously, optimizing everything from CTAs to layouts without waiting weeks for statistical significance.

We're a fast-growing company and recently raised €1M from angels who have built unicorns.

The Role

This isn't a "maintain legacy code and attend standups" position. You'll be building core product features that directly impact how our customers.

You'll work on:

Full-stack development across our platform
AI agents making optimization decisions
Infrastructure that scales with our growth

What We're Looking For

Mentality and ownership matter more than years of experience. We want someone who sees a problem and fixes it, who ships fast and iterates faster, who gets excited about making things work better.

Required:

Experience with full-stack development and scalable architectures (Python, JS)
Problem-solving mindset and debugging skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice to have:

Experience implementing LLMs and AI workflows (major plus)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Young isn't a problem. Cracked is what matters.
