**Job Title:** Head of Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for building and executing a full‑stack B2B marketing engine for a fast‑growing AI‑driven SaaS startup. Will create brand positioning, drive demand generation, and lead content, events, and paid media programs to accelerate market adoption and revenue growth.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable brand awareness and pipeline growth from zero to scalable levels.
- Operate autonomously, managing end‑to‑end execution while collaborating closely with founders.
- Balance strategic vision with daily tactical implementation (video production, webinars, conference logistics, ad optimization).
- Maintain budget discipline and continuously improve ROI on paid media.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and launch video content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Own conference and event plan: speaker acquisition, booth management, networking events, and side‑sessions.
- Produce and host regular webinars, live demos, and virtual workshops.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (social, search, display) within allocated budgets.
- Develop and execute integrated content programs (blog, social, email newsletters, case studies).
- Refine and articulate brand positioning, messaging, and thought‑leadership assets for founders and the team.
- Identify and negotiate co‑marketing partnerships to extend reach.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven track record building B2B brand presence and demand generation in SaaS/MarTech/e‑commerce.
- Expertise in creating and scaling video content; comfortable on‑camera or coaching presenters.
- Strong paid media management skills (budget allocation, performance optimization).
- Hands‑on execution mindset with ability to deliver high‑quality work without extensive oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling and messaging expertise.
- Experience planning and executing conferences, webinars, and live events.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM systems.
- (Preferred) Video production/editing proficiency, early‑stage startup experience, and public speaking background.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound) are a plus.
