Expactations: Own strategy and execution end‑to‑end; turn organic traction into a repeatable, scalable growth machine; double existing wins, phase out ineffective tactics; iterate with data‑driven experiments across all channels; deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute a full‑funnel growth program (SEO, content, paid media, events, partnerships, video, guerrilla tactics). - Lead channel‑wide experimentation and conversion rate optimization. - Drive product‑led growth and self‑serve activation flows. - Establish and amplify Dalton’s brand voice and market positioning. - Partner with Product and Sales to align acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. - Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics; iterate strategies based on insights.
