Job Description

Work closely with Product Managers to understand and document product requirements.
Support scoping and effort estimation for new product and service initiatives.
Translate cross-functional business requirements into clear, detailed user stories.
Build and standardize processes, templates, and playbooks for Product Management.
Drive alignment and obtain consensus across cross-functional leaders.
Capture strategic and tactical product goals with full traceability to business metrics.
Define and map end-to-end business processes across teams, systems, customers, and suppliers.
Partner with QA to leverage automation and improve quality ahead of UAT.
Define UAT scenarios with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
Lead UAT execution, coordinating testers and development teams.
Document UAT results and ensure timely completion and approval.

Required Skills

5+ years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
Strong experience in CPQ or Quote-to-Cash process documentation, automation, and digital transformation.
Skilled in modeling business processes using industry-standard tools and methods.
Hands-on experience across the CPQ/Q2C lifecycle.
Strong proficiency in writing user stories and translating business needs into development-ready items.
Ability to bridge business and IT with clear, practical communication.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA.
Salesforce + Steelbrick CPQ experience strongly preferred.
Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology creation.
Ability to identify process gaps, redundancies, and cross-functional issues.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills across all levels.
Solid understanding of business strategy, enterprise processes, and enabling technologies.
Collaborative, able to guide teams toward alignment.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace.

Good to Have

PMP or Scrum certification.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of relevant professional experience.
