Senior Group FP&A Manager – Initial 6 month contract

Listed Retail Business | London (Hybrid)

A listed retail group is looking for an experienced Senior Group FP&A Manager to provide critical support across year-end, forecasting, and ongoing Group reporting on an initial 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing central team operating in a listed environment, with genuine exposure to senior leadership, investor relations, and key commercial drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead FP&A support for year-end: extract and analyse KPIs, translate data into meaningful insight, and contribute to the Group narrative for investor and analyst presentations.
Own BAU management reporting activities with a strong focus on the P&L.
Support the upcoming 3+9 forecast process, building robust models and challenging assumptions where needed.
Partner across a small, busy central team to deliver high-quality analysis at pace.
Flex across multiple workstreams, adapting quickly to shifting priorities as the reporting cycle progresses.

Experience Required:

Strong FP&A background, ideally gained in a central or Group FP&A team within a listed business.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple deliverables running in parallel.
Solid financial modelling skills; exposure to FCCS or similar consolidation/reporting tools beneficial but not essential.
Experience in consumer or retail environments helpful, though not a prerequisite.
Ability to distil complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
