Job Title: Planning Lead
Location: London
Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days in the Office and 2 days is Remote)
Duration: 12 Months contract initially
Job description :
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business users, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Monitor and report on project status, risks, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Continuously evaluate and improve data processes, methodologies, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience & Qualification:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital transformation, programme management, or a related field.
Digital technologies and methodologies: deep understanding of digital technologies and methodologies, including agile and learn practices.
Proficiency in product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with digital development processes and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Angular, etc.).
Cloud & Platforms: familiarity with digital development platforms and frameworks, an understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices
Proven experience in leading programs and projects, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
Expertise in implementation, and management.
