Huawei Technologies France is seeking full-time apprentices for 1 or 2 years, starting in September 2025. HUAWEI is a leading international provider of information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and connected devices. Innovation is focused on customer needs. We make significant investments in fundamental research, concentrating on technological advancements that drive the world forward. Apprentices who demonstrate excellence may be recommended to participate in Huawei's Fresh Graduate Recruitment after their apprenticeship contract.
Inside Sales/Business Development - Apprenticeship (m/f)
Job location: Lyon, France
Start date: ASAP, for 12 to 24 months
School degree: Starting a Master degree
Missions:
Prospect new customers
Be able to develop strategic account plans and build positive and productive relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop business proposals and organize product presentations for clients.
Work in compliance with company standards and business process.
Coordinate internal resources, e.g. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams
Requirements:
Business University degree in Sales or Telecommunication / Business school
Highly customer-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Capable to work in an international environment
Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization
Proven ability to prospect and get new customers
Fluent French and English are mandatory for this opportunity
Have a keen sense of industry, and be able to capture new opportunities in the industry by analyzing industry trends.
Have industry and industry influence, be able to engage in high-end dialogues with industry and industry organizations, and promote industry consensus.
Have strong customer communication and influence.
