Back-end Developer – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced Back-end Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will design, develop and optimize backend systems, integrations, and automations across D365 Sales & Customer Service environments.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Build and maintain backend integrations, APIs, and automation flows
Ensure system performance, scalability, and secure architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design & delivery
Manage environments, solution layers, and security roles

Required Skills

5+ years developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, RESTful APIs
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, backend integrations
Hands-on experience with D365 Sales & Customer Service modules
Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
Strong understanding of data flows, integration patterns & databases

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of React, Vue.js
Experience with Power BI for reporting
Familiarity with Azure Services & DevOps pipelines

Languages

Dutch & English
