Title: GOAPRDJP00000752 Scrum Master

Duration: 11-months

Location: Remote, Occasional Travelling to Edmonton

Hours per Day: 7.25

Must Have

Professional Licenses/Certification

Active professional Scrum Master certification (PSM).

Work Experience

2 years – Experience in coaching teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating agile ceremonies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
2 years – Experience with Agile backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
4 years – Experience leading and facilitating key agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, stand-ups, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
5 years – Experience working within an agile development environment.
