A leading Asset Manager is seeking a CRM Dynamics Business Analyst/Developer to join its London-based change team. This hybrid role requires someone who is equally comfortable engaging with the business to understand requirements and rolling up their sleeves to deliver hands-on CRM configuration and development.
This is a blended position for someone who combines strong Dynamics CRM technical abilities with solid business analysis skills and a delivery-focused mindset.

Role Overview
You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping interpret business needs and guiding the design and delivery of CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to translate requirements into functional and technical designs while also getting involved in hands-on configuration and customisation within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to capture, analyse and document CRM-related requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and automations.
Develop or support development activities across CRM extensions (eg, JavaScript, C#, plugins, Power Platform).
Work in a hybrid BA/technical capacity to ensure delivery aligns to business outcomes.
Support integration work, data migration tasks, and solution testing.
Guide stakeholders through UAT, defect resolution, and change adoption.
Participate in deployment and post-go-live support, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure CRM data integrity, governance and best practices are adhered to.
Skills & Experience Essential
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 configuration and customisation.
Proven business analysis experience within CRM or enterprise application projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Sleeves-up development mindset - comfortable with hands-on build/configuration.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Good understanding of data structures, APIs, integrations, and data migration in a CRM context.
Confident communicator able to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in financial services or investment management.
Familiarity with CRM governance, agile delivery methods, and enterprise change processes.
Knowledge of Power BI or CRM analytics/reporting.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance relevant to regulated environments.
