We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Field Sales Representative for supporting our Workshop Equipment sub-segment.
WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a sub-segment of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry.
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for further developing WAECO profitable growth and driving sales with repeat business, to existing and new customers in France and Belgium
We expect you to work independently and proactively. You should also identify and develop new sales opportunities for profitable business in the assigned region.
Your Main Responsibilities
Build and maintain the relationships with our existing customers within his market which can be wholesaler, dealers, or other Automotive customers
Develop the sales activities and the sales revenues in order to gain new clients and market shares in his area in line with the regional and overall strategy/pricing
Monitor the sales activity and performance (sales-data analysis, forecast planning).
Lead the price agreements and price negotiations with customers according to regional strategy & guidelines.
Act as a close coordinator and project leader in customer projects with other internal functions such as development, purchase, quality, , finance, etc.
Through a deep product knowledge, present product to customers with a sales approach.
Participate to events in order to present product ranges (exhibitions, etc)

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
Experience in B2B sales of technical products requiring explanation in the automotive sector (preferably workshop equipment)
Developed negotiating skills and an analytical and quick mind
Initial product and market knowledge in the workshop equipment business (preferably air conditioning service) - desirable
Competent, confident manner and very good communication skills, both written and verbal
Is fluent in English, both written and speaking
Native French speaker
Flemish / Dutch – desirable
