Job Specifications

This is with one of our Banking client.

Daily Responsibilities (“Day in the Life”):

Review and process 60–70 account transfer requests per day.
Communicate with external financial institutions via phone and email to obtain status updates and resolve transfer-related issues.
Document and track the progress of transfers to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth workflow and address escalations.

Must-Have Skills / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR high school diploma/equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word): Used daily for communication, tracking transfer progress, and reporting.

Nice-to-Have Skills / Experience:

Prior experience with account transfers.
Experience working in a financial institution.
Previous call center experience.
Bilingual in French and English.
