Pay Rate: $60–$70/hr

Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension or conversion)

A leading financial organization is seeking a Project Manager to support a major global HR initiative focused on cultural transformation and performance acceleration. This role offers the chance to work on high-visibility strategic programs with senior leadership and drive meaningful organizational change.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic HR projects, ensuring timelines, goals, and standards are met
Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Communications, and other business partners
Develop scope, deliverables, schedules, status reporting, budgets, and resource plans
Identify risks and opportunities, implementing solutions and improvements
Use data and measurement frameworks to assess project impact and drive continuous improvement
Support digitization and process enhancements with a strong focus on employee experience

What You Bring

5–7+ years of experience in HR, consulting, business strategy, financial services, or similar
Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High initiative, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

Strong MS Office 365 experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Smartsheet, AI prompts)
Experience with PowerBI and analytical tools
Background in PMO environments
