Marketing & Media Executive – Fast-Paced, Growing Team
Hybrid – Manchester/ Birchwood (3 days office / 2 days home)

Our client is looking for a Marketing & Media Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and loves keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role would suit someone who’s ready to develop, learn, and take ownership of key marketing processes while supporting senior leaders.
The Role
Working as part of a busy, friendly marketing team, you will support the delivery of campaigns and media activity across the business. No two days will look the same. You’ll be involved in:
Coordinating marketing activity and supporting campaign teams
Managing purchase orders, tracking spend and reconciling budgets
Maintaining media schedules and supporting ATL and digital campaigns
Helping produce reports, updates and competitor insights
Liaising with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to keep activity on track
Organising team meetings, events, assets and documentation
Ensuring smooth processes across marketing and media workflows
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and teamwork—while still having room to grow and evolve.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident with numbers, budgets, and advanced Excel
Experience in a marketing, media, administration or finance-support role
Interest or experience in media (TV, digital, OOH or similar)
close attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills andthe ability to build relationships
