Role Summary
At Bound, we’re transforming how companies manage currency risk. Backed by top-tier investors, we’ve grown our business a lot over the last year, and our solutions now support a wide range of companies across multiple sectors. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for businesses navigating foreign-exchange exposure. You’ll generate, nurture, and qualify leads, building the foundation for long-term client relationships. Your work will be instrumental in driving Bound’s growth and positioning you for a fast-track career to Account Executive in 18–24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify businesses globally that face currency risk.
Qualify inbound leads, understand their hedging challenges, and clearly communicate Bound’s value proposition.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
Book meetings for Account Executives, providing them with relevant research and context.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target segments.
Continuously learn about financial markets, currency risk, and Bound’s solutions to engage prospects effectively.
Achieve weekly and monthly activity and qualification targets.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
Meet or exceed activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
Demonstrate quick ramp-up and deep understanding of Bound’s offerings and customer pain points.
Show readiness to progress toward an Account Executive role by delivering early results and demonstrating initiative.
Qualifications & Skills
Interest in financial services, fintech, or foreign-exchange/forex markets.
Ambitious, hardworking, and tenacious — resilient in the face of rejection.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment (5 days/week).
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
Motivated to grow into an Account Executive role within 18–24 months.
