Position
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen customer relationships in the aluminum distribution sector. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic marketing planning to drive business growth and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Manage and grow key customer accounts within the aluminum and manufacturing sectors.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential partnerships.
Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and customer service.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements with customers.
Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute marketing opportunities to promote aluminum products and services.
Oversee digital marketing, website content, trade shows, and advertising initiatives.
Develop marketing materials, product catalogs, and case studies to support sales efforts.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and pricing dynamics.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the metals, aluminum, or industrial distribution sector.
Proven record in B2B sales, account management, and market development.
Strong knowledge of aluminum products, fabrication processes, and end-use industries preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinking and business awareness
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Results-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
