Role Description

This is a full-time U.S.-based role for a Senior Head of Sales. You'll architect our retail strategy, drive performance across our 11,000+ door footprint, and secure new distribution opportunities. You'll own promotions, analyze market trends, identify expansion opportunities, and work cross-functionally to accelerate revenue growth as we prepare for our Q1 2026 retail relaunch. You'll be working closely with the founders and CEOs to build a strategy that influences ever core component of the business, from product development, to brand strategy, and best-in-class operations.

Qualifications

Strong experience in sales strategy, business development, and customer acquisition
Ability to set high level vision and get into the day-to-day weeks
Proficiency in team management, mentoring, and leadership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data
Experience in the food, health, or wellness industries is highly desirable
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
