Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Manager Intern with a strong interest in Service Delivery to join our team. This intern will support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT service projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Support service delivery initiatives, including incident management, change coordination, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and service managers to streamline delivery processes.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to service improvement plans.
Help track KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership reviews.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in IT service delivery, project management, and client engagement.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or project management methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or ServiceNow is desirable.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Exposure to cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).
Interest in SRE principles such as automation, observability, and fault tolerance.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts.
