Hiring in Belgium | Senior Digital Business Analyst – Brussels

One of our global clients is searching for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their Accounts, Reporting & Transactions team in the Brussels region.

This role is all about shaping and enhancing digital banking channels for corporate users from understanding business needs to driving data-backed digital solutions.

What You’ll Work On
Deep-dive requirements analysis & user journey understanding
Stakeholder alignment across multiple teams
Designing effective, realistic digital solutions
Supporting testing, incident resolution & change management
Creating mockups, concept designs & MVP definitions
Translating business needs into clear IT specifications

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong background in digital transformation
Expertise in BPMN, OKRs, data analysis & agile delivery
Excellent communication and workshop-facilitation skills
English + Dutch/French proficiency
A data-driven, structured, and problem-solving mindset

Bonus Skills
UX testing / concept design experience
Using insights to optimize digital channels

Location

Brussels Region (Hybrid – 50% onsite, 50% remote)
